Please read these terms carefully before using our lead generation services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SensorWeave's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
SensorWeave provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads. Our services include:
- Lead identification and qualification
- Multi-channel advertising campaign management
- Social network integration and targeting
- Performance analytics and reporting
- Customer support and account management
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Provide accurate and complete information during the qualification process
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
4. Service Qualification Process
SensorWeave reserves the right to qualify potential clients based on:
- Business legitimacy and compliance with applicable laws
- Budget requirements and payment capability
- Alignment with our service capabilities
- Industry and target market compatibility
We may decline to provide services at our sole discretion.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing Structure
Our services are priced based on the advertising channel and number of qualified leads:
- Facebook Ads: $40 per 100 qualified leads
- LinkedIn Ads: $50 per 100 qualified leads
- Twitter Ads: $45 per 100 qualified leads
- Google Ads: $60 per 100 qualified leads
Payment Terms
- Payment is due monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
6. Lead Quality and Delivery
Lead Qualification Criteria
Qualified leads must meet the following criteria:
- Match your specified target demographic and geographic requirements
- Show genuine interest in your product or service
- Provide complete and accurate contact information
- Meet industry-standard engagement thresholds
Lead Delivery
- Leads are delivered within 48 hours of generation
- Lead data includes contact information and engagement history
- Duplicate leads within 90 days will be replaced at no charge
7. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business and target market
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use leads in accordance with privacy laws and best practices
- Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
- Provide feedback on lead quality to help improve our services
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Adult content, gambling, or other restricted industries
- Activities that violate platform policies of advertising channels
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
9. Intellectual Property
SensorWeave retains all rights to our proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies. You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate our systems
- Use our technology for competing services
- Share confidential information about our processes
10. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data and the data of generated leads. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
11. Service Level Agreement
Uptime Guarantee
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Support Response Times
- Critical issues: 4 hours
- General inquiries: 24 hours
- Account management: 48 hours
12. Limitation of Liability
SensorWeave's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Third-party actions or platform policy changes
- Force majeure events beyond our control
13. Termination
Termination by Client
You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for prepaid services.
Termination by SensorWeave
We may terminate services immediately for:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Breach of platform policies
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration as a final resort
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after notification. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
